White asparagus (Rainer Guhl)
Blackcurrant wood oil
Cream cheese from Erdhof Seewalde
Recipe:
Bring water to a boil and cook the asparagus for 6 minutes. Add salt and marinate in blackcurrant wood oil. Serve with cream cheese.

Beech wood smoked butter
Verjus (Frank Kaltenthaler)
Black pudding (Gut Hirschaue)
Recipe:
Bring water to a boil and cook the asparagus for 4 minutes. Cut into chunks about half an inch thick, add salt and marinate in verjus and smoked butter. Cut the black pudding, fry it in a pan and mix with the asparagus.
