EATBERLIN, Domaine L`Horizon

Was Sie dabei entdecken dürfen?

Saturday, November 6, 2021, Entry: 6:30pm, Starting: 7pm Uhr, 9 wines with a 10-dishes-menu, 283 € per Person, Nobelhart & Schmutzig, Friedrichstraße 218, 10969 Berlin

Pornceptual: THIS IS NOT A SEX PARTY

If you’re partial to Berlin’s queer party scene, you’ve no doubt heard of Pornceptual, the colourful, artsy, orgiastic techno gathering that used to take place in Alte Münze’s cavernous underbelly during those quaint pre-Corona times. (Oh, those were the days.) We’ve teamed up with the good people behind Pornceptual to bring you something that definitely isn’t a sex party, but a dinner event exploring the intersections of food and sex, of ritual and cliché in both culinary and artistic terms. Performances will also take place during the dinner – and we’ll get to have a little dance afterwards!

Saturday, 6th of November, 7 pm, Nobelhart family-style dinner with drinks and performances,  Brixen, Anhaltinerstraße 7-9, 14163 Berlin, 96 tickets, €220

Überall @ Sake 36

If there’s one serious drink we’ve never considered serving at Nobelhart, it’s sake. Not because we don’t like it – on the contrary! – it’s just that we’re always banging on about all–local everything and so on and so forth, and casting the spotlight on a Japanese spirit just seemed a little counterintuitive. Nonetheless, we’ve always been curious about how it might work with our food. And luckily, we’ve found just the right people to help us solve the mystery: the good ladies and gentlemen of Kreuzberg’s Sake36. Join us on the 5th of November for our signature 10-course meal at their stylish tasting room, paired with different types of sake and a short introduction.

Friday, November 5, 6:30 pm – A Nobelhart meal accompanied by sake, € 250, 16 seats, Sake 36, Reichenberger Str. 36, 10999 Berlin.

The Henrik Möbitz Retrospective

We’ve finally managed to set a date for Henrik Möbitz’s visit to Berlin.

Henrik Möbitz is one of those precious few winemakers whose work has been a constant source of inspiration (and libation) to Billy Wagner throughout the past 15 years. His wines are among the rarest and most coveted in all of Germany, even if their pricetag never quite matches up to the insanity of the G-Max Rieslings. Little would you know it all started very small-scale back in 1996, with Henrik leaving his wines to ripen in his home’s bathtub. With Henrik having left active duty as a winemaker, we feel it’s about time for a proper retrospective. So join us and Henrik at our large table for wines from all different phases of his 20 years of activity, accompanied by our signature 10-course meal.

We were wondering what might be the quintessential Berlin summer evening – if you took some of the best things about Berlin and distilled them into one balmy night.
