Das Symposium 2020: the only online event you really want to join. Together with Restaurant Horváth, we initiated Die Gemeinschaft to drive our vision of a new food culture forward. Das Symposium is the place where we deepen and foster this goal. Get ready for an extended version this year: instead of a one-day event, it will take place digitally from August to December 2020 and serve as a digital discourse platform for the issues that move us as a community. By buying a ticket, you participate in building a comprehensive knowledge archive that we can all use for our daily work, and to stimulate positive change.
